Noah is an enthusiastic IP/MPLS Network Engineer and Unix Systems Engineer with over 12 years of extensive experience is packet based carrier-grade ISP networks notwithstanding his multi-vendor Industry experience. Noah currently works as the IP Peering Coordinator for SEACOM a Pan African Network Services Provider where he coordinates and manages all SEACOM’s global peering arrangements.

Noah’s experience includes, building scalable and resilient packet based ISP networks, IP Networks Design, Configuration, Deployment, Scaling, Securing and Troubleshooting.

Noah also champions IP routing knowledge transfer and IPv6 adoption around East Africa. He trains computer networks engineers in various capacity building organizations across Africa like The Africa Network Operators Group (AFNOG), Tanzania Network Operators Group (tzNOG), technical member of the Tanzanian Internet Exchange Point and he is also an active member of the AfriNIC Policy Development Working Group within the African region.
