Mike Silber

Mike Silber is a lawyer and has a dual role as the General Counsel of Africa Data Centres and Group Chief Regulatory Officer for the Liquid Telecom group. Mike has previously served on the AfriNIC Governance Committee and on the boards of the Tertiary Education and Research Network of South Africa, the .ZA Domain Name Authority, the Internet Service Providers Association of South Africa and the FTTx Council Africa and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.

Mike has been been involved with identifier and network commercial, policy, legal and regulatory issues for over 20 years.
