Esteban Lescano

Esteban Lescano was elected as LACNIC board member from January 2019 to December 2021. He is an Argentine lawyer, Master in Business Law and Master in Business Administration.

University Lecturer of Media and Communications Law with an investigation area of the freedom of expression in Internet. Founding Partner of Lescano & Etcheverry Abogados, Telecommunications Media & Technology Legal firm based in Buenos Aires. Since 2010 he has been the Director of the Legal and Public Policy Commission of CABASE, (Argentina Internet Chamber) where he actively participates in all political, legislative and regulatory initiatives related to the development and promotion of the Internet in Argentina and the LAC region.

He has published research papers and articles in newspapers and magazines related to the regulation of telecommunications, audiovisual communication services and the development of the Internet.
