Jason Schiller is a Network Imagineer in the Production Network Engineering group at Google. Jason’s current role includes architecting, designing, evaluating, qualifying, and supporting networks for Google’s global production backbone. Jason also serves as Google’s Chief Numberista managing Internet Number resources.
Jason continues to be active in the ARIN and NANOG communities with particular interest in IPv4 exhaustion, IPv6 adoption, routing table growth, and the lack of a scalable solution for multi-homing and inter-AS traffic engineering.
Jason received two degrees from The American University, one in International Studies and Philosophy, and the other in Environmental Studies.
Jason was elected for a third three-year term ending 31 December 2016.
