[aso-policy] Issuance of "ICP-2: Criteria for Establishment of New Regional Internet Registries"

The "Criteria for Establishment of New Regional Internet Registries"
proposed by the ASO and accepted by the ICANN Board on 4 June 2001 have
been designated by the IANA as ICP-2 and have been posted at
<http://www.iana.org/icp/icp-2.htm>.
