CALL FOR GLOBAL ADDRESS POLICY PROPOSALS

The Address Council invites proposals for presentations at the ASO General
Assembly meeting from any interested party, on global policy issues related
to administration of IP Addresses and associated Internet resources.

In order to assist with scheduling, presentation proposals should be
submitted as soon as possible, but no later than 9am on 18 May 2000 (UTC),
to <secretariat@aso.icann.org>. Proposals should indicate clearly the
identity of the submitter and presenter, the subject of the presentation
(including a formal abstract if possible), and an estimate of the time
required for presentation (excluding question time). Proposals which are
received and accepted prior to the deadline will be included in the online
meeting agenda, along with any presentation documentation received.

Presentations may be made during the General Assembly without submitting an
initial proposal, however in this case it cannot be guaranteed that
sufficient time will be available within the meeting agenda. Time limits may
be applied for all speakers during both the Policy Proposal and Open Forum
segments of the meeting.
