What!!! Now there's a shortage of of telephone numbers and mac addresses?

(just kidding)

Although, if people were being denied telephone numbers, or private branch
exchanges for that matter, due to numbering plan inadequacies or technical
routing limitations, I could easily imagine a few commissioners hanging
from trees.
