RE: [aso-policy] Note to ASO Council (repost)
In the terms of the ASO MoU (section 4) policy referrals to the AC should
come from the RIRs, from the ICANN board (in special circumstances) or from
interested individuals.
Mike Roberts has clarified with me directly that this note is posted to the
AC "on behalf of the ICANN board".
