[aso-council] Revisions to Proposed Minor Corrections to New ICANN Bylaws

To the Address Council:

This follows up on my message to you of 8 February 2003 concerning the
Evolution and Reform Committee's proposed clarifications, technical
corrections, and minor modifications to the New ICANN Bylaws.  In its 8
February 2003 posting, the ERC invited public comments.  Based on the
comments received, the ERC has revised its proposals in two respects,
concerning voting on the GNSO Council and At-Large Structures.  The
ERC's revised proposal is posted at

tm>.

The amendments do not directly affect the ASO, although they do clarify
a few items applicable generally to the Board and Nominating Committee.
