Dear AC,
I have, as you have seen, responded to the Chair of the At Large Study,
Mr Carl Bildt, that I have received his message, and that we will discuss
how to respond to his request for input.

I have also at the same time acted as chair of the RIPE policy forum, and
sent
this request to the lir-wg for discussion and advice on how to proceede.
