Dear Address Council,
Dear addressing community.

The Address council have been challenged to further open our processes and
add further transparency to our processes. To facilitate this, the Address
Council deceided at our Brisbane Workshop that it would be sensible to move
forward in this matter by moving our discussions from a closed mailinglist
to a publicly archived mailinglist.

The list is not open for public participation, public global address policy
discussions may still be carried out on ASO-Policy@aso.icann.org.
