[aso-comment] UCE on ASO-COMMENT

Hi ICANN folks and ASO-COMMENT-subscribers !

The "world government of the internet" as ICANN was called by the 
press is missused for distributing UCE (came to me via aso-comment)!

ICANN-Folks: Do something against that - PLEASE !
This spam gives ICANN a very bad reputation !!!
