[aso-comment] MOU ICANN/RIR's

In the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between ICANN and the 3 RIR's of 18
October 1999 there is a mention, in Section 7, of "the contracts between
individual RIRs and ICANN".

Can anybody tell me if these contracts, e.g. the contract between ICANN and
RIPE/NCC, can be found anywhere on the Internet?
